REPORT ON REARRANGED PARENTS-TEACHERS MEETING

Meeting Venue: C.N. Kothari Homeopathic Medical College and Research Centre, Vyara

         Parents-Teachers Meeting was rearranged on 5th April 2025 at C.N. Kothari Homeopathic Medical College and Research Centre, Vyara, for the parents who were unable to attend the scheduled meeting held on 22nd and 23rd March 2025. The objective of this meeting was to ensure that all parents received a complete update on their ward’s academic progress, attendance, and overall performance.

             The event commenced with a warm welcome to the parents, who were offered tea as refreshments. A registration desk was arranged at the entrance where parents recorded their presence. After registration, they were guided to their respective departments for further interaction with faculty members.

         Within the departments, faculty members provided detailed information regarding each student’s attendance, internal assessment results, and academic performance. Discussions also included students' participation in clinical and theoretical classes, as well as their behavior and general conduct.

       Parents were given the opportunity to share their feedback and any concerns they had regarding their ward’s education or the institutional environment. Their suggestions were noted for further consideration to enhance the academic experience.

The meeting concluded positively, reinforcing the partnership between faculty and parents in supporting students' growth and development. All proceedings of the meeting were duly documented for institutional records and follow up.
