On 10th April 2017, C.N.KOTHARI HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE & R.C, Vyara with HMAI unit Vyara celebrated WORLD HOMOEOPATHY DAY to mark 262nd Birth anniversary of father of homoeopathy Dr. Samuel Hahnemann. The celebration was done by arranging free homoeopathic camps at five adopted village, quiz contest & drug portrait competition.
Celebration was begun with opening ceremony at college auditorium with Deep Pragtya & Garlanding to Saraswati Maa & Photo of Hahnemann by Trustee Shri. Dineshbhai Bhatt, Principal Dr.Jyoti Rao, HMAI President Dr. Meena Kalra & all Faculties Members.
Verbal & Floral welcome of Shri. Dineshbhai & HMAI President Dr. Meena Kalra was done by Principal Dr. Jyoti Rao. Then to give best tribute to Dr. Hahnemann cake cutting with music was done, where along with Trustee & Principal, Faculty Members & Students also joined, After taking ‘ Hahnemannian Oath’ all had refreshment with cake. Then Drug Portrait Competition was judged by Dr. Meena Kalra & Dr. AmitRai Shah where about 8 Students of 2nd BHMS participated.
Drug Portrait Competition was followed by Quiz Competition where about 16 team Participated .Different Question on Materia Medica & organon were asked Audio- Visually by Dr.Heema & team.

Camps held at various five adopted villages where large numbers of Patients were benefited with Free Homoeopathic Medicine by medical team of College & Hospital.
All dispersed with National Anthem .The whole event was nicely co-ordinated by Activity Committee under the able guidance of Principal.
